When I first called about having the fireplace insert repaired they were responsive and came out immediately to look at it. They told me they had a floor model insert that I could purchase at a discount, but a new log had to be ordered for it. Several weeks passed and I didn't hear anything. When I called to ask, they said they sold the insert to someone else. The girl also told me they needed my credit card information to even come out for another service call and that she would have to mail me the form to sign. This process started in October 2016. It is now January and my fireplace still isn't working. I got the impression that they weren't wanting to help me and don't really care that they sold the promised insert. I am switching to another propane supplier. I'll go where my business means something.
