The main doctor at this hypocritical place DENIED SERVICE TO ME, even though when you first call the place, it says "if it's a true emergency, stay on the line, and we WILL help you".
Why did he deny my pet the things she needed to save her life? Because I called a different vet's office this morning in yet another emergency, and I only went there because it was the closest and my pet needed to be seen ASAP. But because of that, he told me no, and to keep calling a that same vet (even though they don't have service after hours).
This is the best vet around. We travel 62 miles to bring our horse to Dr. Vance. He is the most knowledgeable and not as hard on the wallet as other vets.
We have used this vet clinic for years. We drive 45 minutes and past several other vets just to get their expertise. We have horses, sheep and dogs. Love this place.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
Hartland has been our vet for over 11 years and we always have been more than pleased with their service. Very friendly and home based. Highly recommend them 100 times over. Thank you Hartland for all your dedication to our pets and our fosters over these years.
